Dylana Jenson Masterclass Application Form

On March 10th, 2026 at 3PM, Dylana Jenson will be giving a masterclass in Massapequa to advanced violin students. If you would like to be considered as a participant, please fill out this form, including the repertoire you would like to play in the masterclass, listed in order of preference—as well as a link to a video of your playing. The video does not need to be professionally recorded, but it must include an extended portion of the repertoire you would like to feature in the masterclass.

Participant selections will be made based on the video and the prefered repertoire listed.
